Administrative Assistant/Receptionist: Sales support role.
Minimum 2 yrs experience as an administrative support person, assisting multiple managers and projects. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills - with advanced functionality in Excel.
Work with proprietary software updating and maintaining sales tools, projects, reports and proposals. Global company with a very unique team of engineers and technical professionals. Must have a high level of energy, flexibility and desire to learn.
The ideal candidate will have the above skills and experience, plus a degree, advanced communication skills, outgoing personality & ability to build relationships. The front office can be extremely busy during presentations and in this role you will manage those events, order and supply food/refreshments and prepare products for presentation.
